How the Recapitulator Massage Tool Works With Recapitulation

Friday, November 19th, 2010

We would like to share with you how the Recapitulator massager works with recapitulation. Named ‘the Recapitulator’ because of what this massage tool actually helps you do, recapitulate!

Recapitulate is to re-examine, reassess and come to a new determination, so to speak of what our outlook is today with all the knowledge we have gathered up to this point.

Out with the obsolete thoughts and feelings to clear the way for new inspiring thoughts and fresh new energy being released and available for us to use by releasing our toxic by products caused by old painful memories for example. By pressing on and near painful, sore or sensitive body areas, our cells and muscles having a stored memory of how the injury took place, why there is a blockage in this area may come into your conscious awareness spontaneously while doing your body work with this tool.

Could be a physical injury like let’s say, 15 years ago you bumped your leg and that place still hurts AND you walk ediffernly now then before the accident, remembering that twinge of pain with the original injury. (Could be we also add to our distress, “Oh, i was so stupid for letting that happen”) Then we really have more pain and anguish to store in the phsycical place manifested into life. Well, pressing on that sore leg area for instance will remind you of the pain you originally felf when first injured, now 15 years later.

So you massage and press until that pain and memory are goin, that’s Recapitulation. Or it could be that there is something psychological attached to any given painful place. Once you recognize it you can change it and the effect it has had on your mind, body and spirit.

The advantage of working with the Recapitulator self massag3e tool ‘hands free’ is you can relax while focusing your attention and working out your stressful body areas. Problem areas will let you know where to work with the tool and will help you pinpoint those trigger pointwsw to release and relax. This is an easier way to work on all that ails you and become free from stress and discomfort of any kind. Physical and Mental wellness, it’s connected. Take bodywork to the next level.

Order your New Recapitulator and buy extras as gifts for your friends and family. Up to 3 Recapitulators can ship in the same USPS priority mail box for the same shipping rate of $11.40, 2-3 days delivery.

Back & Neck Pain? check out this massage tool, the recapitulator

Thursday, May 6th, 2010
Dear David and all who have neck and back aches,

I understand your dilemma, 10 years ago i had such a pain in the neck the doctors said “nothing much we can do at this point other then give you something for the pain” and said when it gets back enough (they called it ‘degenerative spine’ disease), wait and then we can operate. Well,

That was the first time in my 47+ years that i felt so helpless, and started searching for another way to fix my neck and lower back problems. I did something i bet we all naturally do. I grabbed those muscles that hurt the most, the ones that really get your attention and squeezed as hard as i could.

I noticed that when i pressed on those stiff painful muscles down my neck and shoulders, or in back at the pelvis hip areas of the most pain I noticed there was somewhat of an improvement, found a bit of relief from that pounding constant pain restricting every movement and even when i wasn’t moving. the more i worked those muscles the better i felt.

After pressing really deep & by working those rigid lumps and bumps and places that feel like a steel cable, squeezing, pressing deep and moving back and forth or just staying still pressing as hard as you can for as long as you can comfortably, (you can actually feel where your muscles are out of whack and need work) i could move my head a little easier.
The muscles along the spine at the neck were so distraught they felt like bone and i really had to press much harder in those areas to get those muscles to wake up again. Quickly found the more you work on it the better it feels, the more relaxed you and your body becomes. Continue to follow where the pain leads you next, chances are it’s connected.

Stress had caused these muscles to seize up resulting in seized up tight muscles and very painful. Discovered while doing this bodywork that the neck aches were from an emotional trauma i was going through at the time (those kind of things happening in your outside world can really make your head hang low, not in harmony) and my lower back was a physical problem of lifting things too heavy for my body weigh and injuring the muscles there in the lower back.

I know for a fact i am describing common ailments many people may have. I can only say there are a few things you can do to heal and recover from these natural disasters.  the only relief i have ever found that was the Recapitulator. Easy to use, allows you to press as hard and for as long as you like and it’s lasting effects because you actually break down the tight muscles so they can release and relax and nutrients and blood flow can once again go their normal course.

It’s a no brainer. No more tight muscles, no more pain.

I checked out all kinds of natural pain relief as with herbs & other natural combinations of things, i checked out acupuncture etc, asked everyone i could and there are many excellent healers out there to help you. but i didn’t have much money. So, most of these wonderful massages or medicines to help were out of my reach and the medicinal items did not have enough umph to stop my pain for good. The topical applications only work temporarily and I wanted to get to the bottom of it and be rid of this awkward pain for good.

I went out every couple of weeks looking for the right massage tool and bought a bunch of different massage tools, all shapes and sizes. Yes they all helped but many were tiresome to hold or nearly impossible to use where i needed this body work at that time.  I tried some electric devices and decided to forget about any that were electric because all the vibration didn’t feel that good to me and in the back of my mind thinking that somehow the electric current was messing with my body’s electric system. Then i found the ultimate massage tool and started using a body tool called the Recapitulator.

This tool is especially good for the hard to reach areas like the back and neck. it’s simplistic design will work for ANY part of your whole body whether you want to work the surface muscles or deep deep within the body. The best part about it i found is that you don’t have to hold this massage tool. You don’t have to physically use one set of muscles to heal another set as you do when holding a tool and pressing with your physical power.

This tool is genius because, think about it, you just have to lean into the knob ends, or lay onto whether your front side or back side. What could be easier, the board gives you plenty of support and you can work for hours without getting tired. even do bodywork while doing something else. Easy to work on your back while sitting in your chair or couch watching tv or at your computer. See how to use massage tool videos here.

I tell you those muscles are so darn tight sometimes it takes days or months to recover from these muscles maladies. This recapitulator massage tool has changed my life and i am very thankful to have this information and opportunity to heal myself. It empowers you and you no longer feel like a victim but have gained knowledge and now you can pass it on to someone who really wants to hear it, that’s what i like most about learning new things.  You already know the answers, you just have to awaken your memory. You will find healing yourself comes to you naturally.

There are many massage tools on the market but with this one you don’t have to hold or exert energy to do your body work, you lay on or lean into and the tool does the rest. The cost is $34.95 plus shipping and is well worth it, you will not have to look for another tool to do all the jobs this recapitulator can do for you. I even use this on my wrists for carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms.

I can offer much in the way of experience, tell me where you need to work, what the problem is and we can go from there. I have set up the included different extensions and knobs in at least 20 different ways that make it comfortable and easy to work each specific area of concern.  You have so many choices with 10 attachments included. Also comes with a user guide with photos. You can order a couple of extra tool base boards and make many tools with the attachments included. Call them for more info 800.551.8394 PST

I’m not really selling the tool here, i want you to know you DO have the power within you to change how you feel to the ideal, to bliss. There may be alot of letting go to do, but no time like the present, chances are it will not go away by itself. You can check out an ancient legend showing how different body areas hold different feelings, it’s amazingly correct. See more NuHealth info.

Very Sweet! Happy Healing, hope this helps.

Pain is your body crying out for help, your attention, telling you where to look and will tell you how to fix, try it. You can do this for yourself easily.

In the meantime you can grab those tight muscles with your hand and squeeze or press deeply, this will help relax, the tool makes it easier with lots less effort.

Take a deep breath once in awhile throughout your day and think or say out loud, “i feel calm and relaxed, i am calm and relaxed” this helps remind us.

Memories, sad emotions? Massage your chest, Heart Chakra & Breathing excersises

Sunday, April 4th, 2010

Sadness is a powerful emotion that we all have witnessed first hand. Sadness manifests in the heart chakra area, look at Sandra Bullocks first photo after leaving Jesse. Look at the chest (heart chakra area) and her neck (throat, communication chakra). Lumpy and bumpy full of sadness and pain. If someone out there knows Sandra Bullock, get this to her, she can help herself feel better faster. And tell her ‘we love her’, only a fool would not. Jesse James, what in the world were you thinking?

Life is like a sand painting, you know how the Native Americans, Tibetan Buddhists, Hindu and perhaps other cultures as well. They create a painting of different colored sand, and after days or weeks after creating the intricate pattern of the sand Mandela, the sand is brushed together and placed in a body of running water to spread the blessings of the mandala. An awesome meditation practice to show us that we can create a beautiful picture, but that the journey was the gift, not only the picture that was the result. Then when we have gained the knowledge of creating, we learn how to let go, not to cling to what we have created as if that is the best or all we can do, there will be more beautiful life experiences we can create, so Sandra and to us all, maybe it’s time to start a new sand painting.

Maybe this is what was supposed to happen for the highest good of ALL. It is sending a message to all men and this is good. People who want to be with other women maybe should not marry.  i have been recapitulating things this way more and more, are my thoughts and actions for the highest good of all, then i know i am on the right path and that what i want is worthy.

Here are a few helpful hints for relieving the sad energy so that your body can realign and flow as intended.

Nice slow deep breathing is an important place to start. Take deep breaths in and out. You have many choices here:

1.  Take deep breaths in and out and near the end of the exhale say the word ‘PEACE’ and continue. I’ve not had to go past 4 or 5 but there are no rules here.

2. Your breath can be seen and expressed as a circle and not a in and out procedure. Let me explain. The circle breath is a continuing in and out energy, unceasing air flow with no stops. Whereas many breathe a in and out breath whereby the flow is generally not even, some take more air in then they release (holding onto the air for dear life and tend to be overweight) and still others take in very little air and exhale all they have. Both are not the ideal scenario. Breathe in and out and continue right on to the out breathe, there should be no beginning or end, just continual breathing. It’s very relaxing and balances your energies bringing you back to calmness and open for JOY.

Here’s the circle idea and how to easily experience and achieve this energy balance in harmony with all. You may notice that these breathing exercises practiced whenever, utilized throughout your day, will help still your mind and relax you tremendously.

Start by breathing in slowly for a count of 4, hold the breath for 4 sec, release the breath in the same time, 4 sec, hold another 4 secs consciously releasing any residue negative feelings. Repeat and do this exercise as many times as needed to feel calm and at peace. You will find your breathing becoming more in pace with your higher self who is not afraid but living in Beauty & Joy. Remember your breathing is a continual operation with no end and no beginning, simply continues.

You can make this exercise your own and use 10 seconds to breath in and 10 seconds to breath out. Your breath in turns directly into your breath out and visa versa.

3. Place the tip of your tongue at the gum line behind your top teeth and breath in through your nose, a slow relaxed breath. And exhale through your mouth keeping your tongue up behind your top front teeth. You can do this for awhile lets say 5 times or so then reverse this keeping your tongue up behind the front teeth, and breath in through your mouth and exhale through your nose.

4.You can also at any time check your breathing pattern. Is it continual? Does every inhale go directly to the exhale? Practice this and you will begin to see how effective paying attention and making minor adjustments is. Once you are more relaxed, at ease, everything you do will become a pleasure instead of a chore. Same stuff, different feeling.

If you pay attention to your body, your breathing, your inner world you will know what needs adjusting and will find lasting rewards.

Massaging your chest area will improve your life too. You can easily press any area while doing the breathing techniques and they will become part of you faster once your relax your chest, your heart chakra area. Lots of emotions going on there!!

I find lumpy and bumpy and often times painful areas throughout the chest area. So, i press these little buggers until the tight muscles relax and release there hold. I also find i have feelings stored there, most of what i found was old news, so i let go of those old memories knowing more today then when i made those agreements with myself to hold on to that suffering instead of being free of that momentary thought that we are clinging to for some reason. Let go breath in a fresh new breath, Breathe deeply with new sparkling light coming in and drink some good water.

Massage your whole chest area for Sadness and sentimental sorrows (sighing) 1. Massage and work deeply the rib cage up to the collarbone.
Work deeply under collarbone all the way along and in the middle notch.
2. Work under breast muscles , as far up as possible, removing any tenderness. 3. Sculpt along each rib, removing tenderness and muscle tightness or spasm. 4. Plus i always find that ‘pressing’ or massaging with or without a massage tool, anywhere you have pain or are sensitive brings your attention there and by applying the pressure, easily releases the tension there for healing, so that our bodies function as they are meant to.

This is awesome for Everyone to do. We have been taught to stay away from the painful areas but i find you have to face them strongly, head on, as our goal is to feel GOOD and we want to get rid of anything that does not fit the highest and best happiness possible in any given moment.

This idea can also be called recapitulation. As we press these painful areas, a thought, a memory of something from the past, present or a fear of the future may  come to mind. Then we examine that thought, that ray of light coming in cuz we really automatically want to fix what’s wrong and not perfect. We think about that to check to see if this is the Truth or some old feeling that is still hanging around. That is recapitulating and that is why we call this wonderful tool we tout, the Recapitulator.

Your hands are an awesome tool we have with us all the time and this works just fine, to a point. I find my tight areas are really tight and i would have to press with my thumb, fingers, knuckles for way longer than i often have the energy for, to completely knock out that locked, seized up muscle. So this recapitulator massage tool makes it easier to hold the sustained pressure on the tight spot for a lengthy time. For the chest i use the medium upright, small or larger knob end, hug the board and pressing right where it hurts. Moving it when ever you are drawn to, there lots of body work to be done and much unnecessary bad feelings and emotions unheard still clinging on. Let’s get rid of what feels unwanted and gain a power of being the person intended to be. There are no limits, unless we have set them up ourselves.

Another way to use a massage tool or the like is to roll over onto the knob end while on the couch or laying in bed, giving you complete control over how much pressure you apply. Breath into this when you are pressing these uptight areas, bringing in the good, the excellence of all that is and breathing out anything that is not in alignment with the highest good.

Like i talked about above, use an aid, a tool of similar rounded shape, even a broom handle will help you break down those tight muscles easier but is a little awkward for most body areas. The recapitulator was designed out of necessity. As we continue to get older too many painful  body areas were popping up. Many were hard to reach or took alot of physical energy to recover and this simple tool idea can be your new masseur and best friend.

Nothing beats the human touch but personally it would cost me a fortune to have this work done for me. I figure i created it i am the best to change it to what i really want to be. Anyone can do this for themselves. You can press where you want, for as long and as hard as you need to get down to the core of the issue. Whether it is a psychological or physical problem, we can easily correct our maladies with this method of relieving stress.

The basic natural healing process is to press around the chest area or any other choice area of the body, give it some power, some intent, press hard. Find those painful areas and stay right there pressing, sustaining the hold and digging down in there as deep as possible. HOLD as long as you can. Sometime you can as well as holding that pressure there, you also move along to the connecting muscles, inching your way along. Plus, like in this case when you are working on your chest you can start moving your shoulders up & down, in a circle forward and backward all while pressing and moving the point of pressure to accommodate following the pain or tight rigid muscle along, until relieved. The lumps and bumps, i assure you will go away. Don’t just believe me, Try it! Maybe practice moving in a figure 8 or infinite motion alternating shoulders. (this infinity motion feels great for your hips too) Or then Roll your neck, turn back in forth, up and down, all around. Even swinging your arms in a big circle loosening up that whole upper body area. All this while pressing your chest area. It will all start to open up and start connecting with the rest of your body. Wow, that feels great.

Another tip i have recently started to use is just a simple tapping all over your chest are. Use your finger tips, knuckles or flat hand and be sure to tap up under your collar bone, there in the center. This point is part of what i hear is a meridian, a acupuncture point used to get the energy or chi flowing again, what a bonus. I will tell you more of this tapping method in a new blog, this does have amazing results and it’s called EFT (emotional freedom technique) do some research and be sure to search google videos, here’s one to get you going on this.

Chakra clearing tapping EFT video

Love is the key, once a day you can say to your self or out loud, “i deeply and completely love and accept myself.” I feel calm and confident” as i know today is unlimited and is yet to be created. You can make your own statements as exampled above, remember there are no rules and i believe we already know what to do, we just have to awaken it. These are a few of the statements you can also say while doing this EFT tapping, it does get that stagnate energy swirling around again for a much faster recovery and on the road to being in control of your own personal destiny instead of a victim of any external blow fate may have is store and totally for us to learn by. You can make this your own as we are individuals but we DO have so much in common.

We really do want to love and be loved, starting with ourselves, let’er rip. Everything is an exchange, be open to giving AND receiving. Everyone does not think like we do, give them SPACE and time.

I will  joyfully answer any questions you may have to take this further, you are welcome to join in and tell us what you know of natural health and healing.

I’m quite sure everyone wants to know more about the instincts we have and how we Should really & can trust ourselves more, does it make sense to  you? if it does that is what you follow,  use your own discernment, do some research and check it out.  IF you hear something like this, try it, explore, you will find these are simple and i found so easy to stimulate new potential powerful energy we are using up feeling bad.

I don’t know about you but i want to live life with freedom of movement and not my unfit body or negative feelings getting every moment of my attention. The more you do this type of body work, the longer the connection to heaven is.

We have baggage and needs clearing, NOW is the time!! Here are some ways i have found, share yours, people want to hear this stuff, i know i DO!

Did you hurt your back? Turn your office chair into a massage tool

Saturday, November 7th, 2009

Massage tools are wonderful. The other day i once again lifted a box that was way too heavy for me considering my body size. Ouch!! My lower back and hips are in extreme pain with every movement. Thank goodness i have a recapitulator this is the only massage tool that suits all my needs and is solid to use comfortably and effectively in so many easy to learn applications.

For instance, today i have to do alot of computer work, so i turned my office chair into a massage tool. I work on all the sore areas of my back usually consisting of neck, all around the shoulder, middle of the back above the kidneys, and of course my most painful is around my pelvis area. So i use the medium bolt and the larger knob (attached at the end or middle of the board), turn the board sideways into the back of my chair and lean back. Ahhhh!!

I found that by applying pressure to the place that hurts will relieve the buildup of energy there or to any given area. When i strained my lower back muscle, the injury immediately swelled up in that area and when i ran my hand across my lower back it was quite lumpy, bumpy and painful in the areas that mainly had those lumps and bumps that weren’t supposed to be there for a normal, healthy back.

So by having the recapitulator in the back of my chair all i have to do is lean back a bit, use a little more push at times, stretch it out a bit anything to induce the muscle to move and relax. We love our bodies and we can feel better by loving ourselves enough to trying a self massage ourselves instead of doing without this fantastic relief that will also strengthen you simply by ‘pressing where it hurts’.

In those moments when waiting for a page to load, thinking about this or that, wondering what to do next, i massage with my recapitulator. A great way to make the most of your time, your body will thank you and you will feel better much faster.

I find that by using the recapitulator massage tool shortens my down time or painful experiences to a fraction of recovery time and is a easy way to massage your self thoroughly and efficiently. Using more or less pressure as the time demands, adjusting to another nearby area or the other side of your body as balance does have alot to do with it. Massaging yourself, getting all those troublesome knotted areas out to be smooth and supple muscles once more and continue with working too, now in a more relaxed manner getting better as the time goes by, instead of continuing to work with this pain and it actually getting more stressed.

The same massage tool setting can work for your middle and upper back, neck and shoulders too. I often get pinched muscles around my should blades from the stress and i relieve it easily with this recapitulator tool.

I choose this tool over others i have tried in over 20 years of bodywork and i like this recapitulator best because there is not electrical pulse and you don’t have to hold it to use. It has a good strong base design that can be used on virtually all parts of the body, a very solid and versatile tool.

You just lean into, lay onto, roll onto or sit or rest a body part on the chosen knob end size and that’s it. If you roll a little further or cross your leg over the other to add extra weight to the area being pressed on the effects are quicker to responding and i find more satisfaction in relieving and moving on to another area, a bit ruthless is action at times. Be serious about relieving that painful tight problem muscle and this tool can help.

Sure we can go to a masseuse or body worker but like my lower back the muscles are so tight it feels like bone and it will take alot of energy and pressure to continually sustain enough pressure there to effectively reduce the swelling, tight muscles and pain. So when i can i use my tool, it works wonders.

More information on a new way to more awareness of how our body works can be found at www.nuhealth.org the connection between mind and body. Your body will talk to you!

When you can’t find someone to give you a Tuina massage, use the recapitulator.

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

Tuina is a form of Chinese manipulative therapy often used in conjunction with acupuncture, moxibustion, fire cupping, Chinese herbalism, tai chi and qigong. A general definition can be found at Wikipedia or by searching for more info online.

You can also search videos to watch this method in action. It looks wonderful and the philosophy behind it dates back to the 1700′s. This basic knowledge is ancient and is used by many means and healing practices of many names.

When there’s no way to get someone else to massage you, use the recapitulator massage tool to relax and press where it hurts. This induces tight muscles to loosen up and stimulate back to a healthy state by applying pressure to to the problem areas or muscles. you can get in touch with yourself, your total being and find out what’s ailing you to get satisfaction immediately. You already have what is takes, now all you have to do is apply. Begin, and continue. You can massage yourself anytime when you can’t find someone to give you a Tui na massage.

Muscle manipulation is the key in bringing attention to and relaxing any stressed muscle. Most often tight, stiff, injured muscles and surrounding areas cause pain and restrictions bringing discomforts or limited movements, plus all the psychological effects it brings, putting a damper on your whole life, being and wellness. We want to prevent problems and to correct the ones we may have. Awareness and practicing methods of relaxation is a good start for a healthy long life.

According to BalanceFlow Health and Bodyworks, they say that “those who’ve experienced both Acupressure and Shiatsu, a Tui Na session may seem like a cross between the two”. They go on to say that, “To a Westerner, TuiNa is the form of Asian bodywork most closely resembling conventional western massage.”

Nothing beats the human touch OR having a massage any style. But when you can’t afford that or even if in between your professional massage sessions, this Recapitulator massage tool will work wonders for you any time day or night and can help you with your ailments and proceed on the road to a healthy body. By pressing ‘where it hurts’ will simultaneously bring about a recapitulating experience of what has actually caused our problem to begin with. A rethinking of our old thoughts, fears and habits as we make room for the updated version of who we are today, what we have come to learn.and how we can correct what ever is not working properly.

Our daily intake of nutrients is important too. Do your research, eat more wholesome foods, use more raw vegetables in your traditional salads. Use all those wonderful natural herbs out there and that are easy to grow in general. There are many ways to increase your nutrition. If you have particular symptoms, search natural remedies for that and you will open a new door of Ah Ha’s. and will soon find out what you need for more balance. Your body needs specific nutrients to work with to function and for all parts to do the job intended..

We also want to be as care free as possible so we will have to work for it, being of this stressful world we live in. By staying in touch with how you feel in your body and working to correct any maladies you may run across in your lifetime. Manipulating the muscles and increasing the energy flow is easy to do with the recapitulator.. A self massage tool designed for body work on your entire body.

The Recapitulator is built to last, versatile with a variety of choice of attachments for different depth penetration and pressure assistance. Some muscles are close to the bone or near the skin surface and the shortest or medium upright if perfect and with this setting can work most all body areas easily, Some muscles are deep within the body structure, some with more fleshy areas like the stomach, therefore the longest upright may be the ideal choice for that area.

The deeper you have to go within the body structure, the longer the upright you choose so you can use less energy to achieve the desired amount of pressure, basically. to help relax those uptight muscles. One choice may work better or easier using a lesser amount of effort. Our body weight and gravity do the work for us with the recapitulator’s unique and simple design giving you a good solid base with which to work successfully while remaining comfortable and often going along and doing what you would be doing anyway, like TV, computer work. Put it in the back of your chair of sofa and lean back into it, Oh, that’s so good! Your stressed muscles will be to improve immediately and continue as long as needed to heal that troubled area, or to find out what is causing this grief. Once you remove the cause the symptom goes away. Fixed, eradicated, and on to the next troublesome point of interest..

All we have to do is lay back onto the tool, sit on it, roll over onto, or lean into. And hold the pressure there, as heavily or light as you wish and breathe into it for awhile, Holding the pressure in a location for as long as you can and then moving on to a nearby outlying or connected area. I can be massaging my arm and i can feel a change in my back, so there are connections we are not even aware of as yet.

To properly reach all these places, there are 3 sizes of uprights and 2 different size knob ends. One knob end can pinpoint with precision closer to the center of the cause of your pain and the other size diffuses the pressure a bit giving it a wider working area. A choice is always good. You are not limited to the knob end, a variety are available at your hardware store, you choose.

So, when you are sitting at your computer, at the office, riding in a car, sitting in a beautiful place, while watching TV, reading a book, you can grab your recapitulator tool and get rid of painful blockages one at a time, easily at your convenience. It won’t help you just sitting there, but the more you use, the more you will discover all the bodily benefits of being pain and stress free.

I have used many different styles of body tools and this one works the best for me. It has more range than any other tools we ran across in over 20 years of research and you don’t have to plug it in or hold it to apply pressure.

If you already have a massage tool you like, use it. Use whatever is within reach to work on your muscles as much as possible. You will always feel better than when you started and will often be AMAZED!

PS. If you have alot of nervousness, use the recapitulator on your whole stomach area, We carry our desires and fears there and most often some thought has created our physical problems. Breathe and relax, out with the old, in with the new.

Why do I need a massage tool? How can a massager help me?

Why do I need a massage tool? How can a massager help me?

A massage tool gives you support and the ability to press not necessarily in the usual way of what comes to mind when we think of massage, with someone manipulating the muscles, rubbing, squeezing or other but to stay still with a pressure right on the uptight muscles until we can come into contact with and then by sustaining the pressure to give the muscles time to relax.

Muscles cover our bodies, of course the relaxation, tone and suppleness of them ALL will affect how the body functions and moves.

Why do our muscles hurt? Something has happened that changes its natural form and function. Something has interrupted the natural blood flow. An injury of some kind has occurred that has stressed the muscles into malfunctioning. The pain is a cry out for help and attention. Once you focus on anything, comes into your focus, you are equipped with a natural instinct to know naturally that pressing that sore place, paying attention to, always makes that place feel better.

For instance, what happens when you get a cramp in your leg muscles? What is the first thing you automatically do? That’s right, you press it and you press it hard. And soon the muscles relax and the pain disappears and the muscles natural function resumes. We already know how to turn around our conditioning, explore your possibilities.

Try it! Press a place on your body with your hand. Press your forearm, your hand, any joint, your shoulder, your foot, your stomach, anywhere. Do you find discomfort? If so continue pressing there, naturally relaxing the hard muscles or knots will release the stress. I find we are drawn to move all around ( then hold the pressure onto) the stressed area and it always feels better and you will also find freer movement.

Our tight muscles are limiting our movement. We can change that and work our muscles til there is no pain and you will discover the pleasure of health and how important it is in our emerging into our every day lives. How we feel does affect everything we do and say.

Basically your hands are not strong enough to hold pressure on a hard, uptight muscle, tendon or ligament for an unlimited amount of time. Basically you do not have enough energy to endure the time it may take to work out a stiff muscle where the blood flow has been slowed by a knotted traumatized muscle from injury of one kind or another.

There are many types of helpful tools on the market, many you have to hold using up our valuable energy. Many massagers out there are limited in there ability to work all the different muscle of the body as many places we need to go to for bodywork are deeper within the body structure.

One day sit and work your neck, soon you will be working the shoulders, the back, believe me it’s all connected and our bodies need so much work we would go broke paying a therapist as it takes so much time. There is nothing better than the human touch but a massage tool is our personal masseuse that can be called upon 24/7 and will assist in anyone’s physical program.

Of course, this is my opinion from personal experience in over 20 years of self massaging, paying attention to what is happening in my body. We can prevent maladies as well by having healthy muscular/skeletal awareness and condition with nothing in our bodies drawing our attention away from our higher creative selves.

My favorite massage tool is the Recapitulator because it does the work for you, is virtually indestructible and makes it easy to press my tight muscles for any self determined time and amount of pressure totally in my control.

The most special qualities for me are:
• the 3 different size depth penetration capabilities allowing the proper reach to surface muscles or muscles deep within the body structure or muscles around our organs that may be stressed out of shape and function and comfortably work the muscles til they relax and work as they should naturally.

• Another plus for me is the different size knob ends for a deeper more specific, pinpoint accuracy or a larger end for a time when we do not want to be so direct to the trigger point.

• Another feature is the ease with which the simple fact that gravity and your body weight gives you enough strength to press and endure that saves our personal energy by not having to hold a tool and use one set of muscles to apply pressure to another set of muscles.

• You can relax while using this Recapitulator massager and actually take you health to a deeper knowledge of what is causing our dis-ease.

• Give yourself the power back to change the manifestations that we are not happy with.

Happy Healing and please feel free to write with questions. This is an astounding source for natural health.

NOTE: What we think and say to ourselves in the here and now IS IMPORTANT. Memories and fears lock into the muscles of our bodies. And thus what we are thinking can be limiting and stopping us from being our glorious selves.

Work on it and recapitulate those old thoughts and free yourself. Watch yourself grow and become who you really are and want to be. This can affect our physical life in every way and will continue limit our movements and stunt our growth if we ALLOW that to happen. We are in control, believe in yourself.

Top Massage Tool for the Ergonomic Workplace

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

You don’t have to spend a fortune to keep your staff comfortable at work. Giving workers an incentive, a perk, a means to remove stress or pain caused by stress while in the workplace will help them contribute their best to the company and will undoubtedly boost productivity. Our suggestion for the ergonomic workplace and for employers who understand and care about human needs is the recapitulator massage tool. Patented for utility and design.

No matter what the job description you can provide your employees with a massage tool to overcome the usual body aches and pains that slow down alertness, enthusiasm and productiveness.

The recapitulator massage tool is versatile, durable and inexpensive. It’s simple design can be incorporated in a variety of ways. Most helpful in working on sore muscles with many causes or repetitious work related motions. A Cash register, office, warehouse worker, server, anyone who is active in any manner can benefit by using this tool to relax tired, stiff, or injured muscles.

An excellent choice to aid in relaxing back, neck, leg, arm and hand muscles that may seize up, cause pain when in use, or to dissipate problems for folks who are tense from stressful situations or for those who are injured in a physical manner while on the job.

You can supply a few of these tools for each department or would make a nice bonus gift to all and encourage people to use them.

Provide ergonomic workstation equipment. Make sure that you have extra office tools that employees can use when needed.

You can hand out flyers to show how this massage tool can be most useful. Keep a few massagers in the break or lunch room.

Set up a consultation speaker to talk to your crew once a month. Have a few yoga mats or the like available so people can use the tool laying down if necessary to work out tight back, legs, shoulder or stomach and chest muscles to name a few.

This tool can be used while sitting in an office chair, we all here in our office have a tool in the back of our chairs to lean into relieving much of the back and neck ache issues from long hours sitting in one place, or to place on desk or in lap to work hands and arms, or on the floor to massage the feet.

Even if a employee slept wrong and got up with a kink in the neck or elsewhere, this tool will help in a speedier recovery and perhaps avoid any missed days of work. Will in most cases shorten time off due to a injury or muscular problem by working on the muscle or joint until the pain goes away. Handy & Portable, you may want to allow them to take one home so they can work on themselves while resting at home on the couch or in bed.

For employees that have hand problems like a carpal tunnel syndrome you can have the tools adjustable uprights set in a certain formation for that specific ailment. Improves circulation and eventually should remove the painful stress limiting their movements and slowing down their accomplishments at work. Invite their input to resolve and elicit help to show others to increase team spirit.

We suggest the Recapitulator massage tool for Healthy, Happy and Productive Employees AND for your self and family as well.

Fears And Bad Memories Can Create Health Problems

Monday, February 16th, 2009

Fears and bad memories can create health problems and manifest as dis-ease of one sort or another. Recapitulation, re-examine of our old outdated thought patterns can save our own lives or the discomfort of escalating health issues that we have found no answers for.

By reawakening the basis of our fears, when we accepted that fear into ourselves and why we are still afraid is where you will find the answer. Pressing an area of the body where there is pain or a malady often begins the flow of internal dialog. Sustaining the pressure, getting deep down into the painful area can release to us information of what is going on inside us.

Recapitulate, rethink the things that come to mind, and out with the old thoughts as now we have gained insight into an agreement we made years ago when we planted the seed of what we then thought was our reality of what was. and now have the ability to change as we at this time see things differently. It’s only natural that we learn more as we go.

For instance, a woman afraid of getting pregnant can cause physical issues manifesting as an ovarian cyst or other. I was there, in pain, ready to go into the hospital for an operation to remove the cyst, when my husband suggested I press strongly in the area of the most pain. When i did so, memories and bad feelings of the fear i had for over 20 years prior began pouring out of me remembering all the anxiety i had over being afraid of getting pregnant, that a woman was inferior to men as it was said during my upbringing and thirdly the constant bombardment by the media about sex creating men always (in my mind)trying to take your body for simply a temporary physical satisfaction. My bad, it is no longer a problem for me.

I recapitulated (contemplated over again) all of this info and once i realized that i was too old to get pregnant, not inferior to others and could handle myself in regard to over zealous men haunting me, AND that those were OLD thoughts i was still living with and I could then LET GO of the anxiety associated with all of that and I knew things were different in my body immediately. The pain and blockage caused by this big lump in my belly, the ovarian cyst, began to subside and I knew something had changed. “…the memory became “open to modification” — just as a computer file can be changed and then rewritten to the hard disk.” I was no longer afraid.

To make a long story short, no operation was needed. The stress causing my illness had been resolved and my body automatically began its recovery. I have not had any troubles with this since and that was over 11 years ago. This is only one example of how what we think plays on our physical health and well being.

I also previously to the ovarian cyst issue got rid of my menstrual cramps in this way, by recapitulating, pressing where it hurt, both in the front of my abdomen and back all around the sex organs area, that at the time was causing uncomfortable swelling and pressure build up, in my case every other month. So much pain with lower back pain that i had to be in bed, in agony the first 2 days of my usual cycle. Wow, it felt good to get rid of that too!

Working on the chest area helped me overcome sadness, improved my breathing and made me stronger in every day life experiences. Working on the stomach area helped me with anxieties over past or future events, frustration and massaging my leg muscles regained by personal power to move forward without fear. All things that were holding me back from a happy life. Along with many more examples i could name.

Another big area of healing i found was by working on the many other parts of my body where once were injuries helped me resolve past pain from that old injury, a memory was left behind. I had physically mended but emotionally was still painful, afraid that movement there would bring back the pain i once felt back. Get over it, massage those stiff areas and release the life that once was and can be again, the freedom of movement without fear. No old memories stopping us from feeling complete and on the road to a healthy recovery from our ailments.

A good example of what i am speaking of here is a young friend of mine was jumping on a trampoline and broke his ankle. He healed physically but i noticed months after his recovery he was still walking on the side of his foot instead flat footed. So we brought this to his attention and asked why. He didn’t know other than when he was injured with the broken bones he would walk this way to avoid the excruiating pain if he walked correctly. So even after the injury had healed, the memory of the pain retarded his thoughts to be afraid of the pain that once was. He no longer had the pain from the injury but only the memory of it.

We told him to massage that whole foot area and he did. It did not take long before he was amazed and he did feel good about walking the way was intended and that all was well. What would have happened to this very young man if he had not gotten rid of his fear? As far as i could tell this could have caused him much anguish and perhaps throw his back out of wack and then forever in pain over a memory. Don’t let that happen to you.

Happy Healing! Recapitulate and find the key to unlocking the fears and bad memories. An alternative approach to natural health that can be incorporated into everyones daily life. A simple self-massage routine is the best thing anyone can do easily. Full of surprises and is rewarding for all who venture there.

For years now, every day i do body work, any place i press, most often i use the recapitulator massage tool, is what i do to prevent or repair injury. Press where it hurts, or work your body from head to toe. Sometimes we are not even aware of problem areas as we rarely take the time to examine what’s going on inside, why we hurt and what the cause may be. We can fix alot of our own problems by recapitulating whenever we get the chance.

Massage Therapy with the Recapitulator massager saves you Money

Saturday, February 14th, 2009

Massage Therapy with the Recapitulator self massager saves you Money. How can something that costs save you money? Well, think about it, this massage tool is always handy for bodywork anytime day or night. Tools are helpful to provide immediate care, fast attention to whatever ails you. Your buddy, your tool, never gets tired, doesn’t ask for money with every use and is always there when you need it. Strong and durable able to provide the right amount of pressure as you are in charge!

Don’t get me wrong there is nothing better than the human touch but that can get expensive with the amount of work our bodies need to overcome discomfort, aches and pains. Even nervousness or anxiety can change to inner peace within a very short time. Press where you find your dis-ease pressing and holding the pressure there, Relaxing the muscles carrying around all that stress. Stress is our enemy so to speak. Get rid of the stress and the problem goes away. If it pops back up or reoccurs, work that area again. Soon it will be gone forever.

Anyone can master their own bodies as we know ourselves better than anyone else. We know or can find out what the center of our troubles are by pressing that area which is in pain or stressed and many thoughts simultaniously come to mind and often we can rethink or recapitulate those old thought and memories of what once was and change to what we know to be today.

Many times we are hanging on to some agreement we made with ourselves years ago even as a child, still carrying around the pain and misery that we ONCE thought to be real. Get rid of those old thought patterns and open up to the new, clear vision of today. Thoughts are very powerful and we want to be in the here and now, not somewhere in the past holding on to that outrageous pain that once was.

People with back pain or any other chronic pain already know that massage therapy may be an indispensable tool. These persistent conditions require substantial and consistent pain relief. Massage therapy can be delivered by a masseuse or by a massage tool like the Recapitulator.

The reason behind this Recapitulator massage tool being the easiest to use is that you do not have to use one set of muscles to relax another. With this awesome design, you can simply sit on, lean on, lay on or hold on your lap and place where you want to work your muscles, joints even near and around all the bones in your body from head to toe.

This tool makes it easy to press any area of the body with its choice of attachments. Different length uprights and size knob ends give you the options you need to reach surface areas or deep within the body structure for pain relief.

Check out how having your own massage tool is a great long term health investment that is a small price to pay for satisfaction and pain relief with no boundaries. Changes the look of your form as well as correcting your posture, and allows your bodily functions to improve as you work all areas of your body. Relaxing is the key, this tool is the means to overcoming health problems by getting to the center, the cause of the stress rather than just treating the symptoms.

Alternative medicine that works, a natural healing process, no medicines, press where it hurts.

Tips for Stage Fright, Job Interviews etc. Relax!

Friday, February 13th, 2009

For stage fright relief, job interviews etc; Massage the center of your body, your stomach area and all around your belly button generally the center of chaos for me. That’s where the anxiety of the past or future creeps in.

We find when nervous about anything that area is tied up in knots. Stress is a good word to describe the reason for this uneasy feeling. So i simply press in the stomach region and work on the lumps and bumps and uncomfortable places either with my hands or a good massage tool.

We find the Recapitulator most helpful as it is the best massager we have found to easily press in deep enough and long enough to relax those tight muscles without getting tired or sore fingers.

We will often use our hands as they are always with you but a tool makes the job easier. Once the muscles start relaxing you will find relief. Get in touch with your breathing, it should be more like a circle of breathe as opposed to in and out.

That helps get back in touch with the real you. Stop the internal dialog and be in the here and now. All will be well.
