Top Massage Tool for the Ergonomic Workplace

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

You don’t have to spend a fortune to keep your staff comfortable at work. Giving workers an incentive, a perk, a means to remove stress or pain caused by stress while in the workplace will help them contribute their best to the company and will undoubtedly boost productivity. Our suggestion for the ergonomic workplace and for employers who understand and care about human needs is the recapitulator massage tool. Patented for utility and design.

No matter what the job description you can provide your employees with a massage tool to overcome the usual body aches and pains that slow down alertness, enthusiasm and productiveness.

The recapitulator massage tool is versatile, durable and inexpensive. It’s simple design can be incorporated in a variety of ways. Most helpful in working on sore muscles with many causes or repetitious work related motions. A Cash register, office, warehouse worker, server, anyone who is active in any manner can benefit by using this tool to relax tired, stiff, or injured muscles.

An excellent choice to aid in relaxing back, neck, leg, arm and hand muscles that may seize up, cause pain when in use, or to dissipate problems for folks who are tense from stressful situations or for those who are injured in a physical manner while on the job.

You can supply a few of these tools for each department or would make a nice bonus gift to all and encourage people to use them.

Provide ergonomic workstation equipment. Make sure that you have extra office tools that employees can use when needed.

You can hand out flyers to show how this massage tool can be most useful. Keep a few massagers in the break or lunch room.

Set up a consultation speaker to talk to your crew once a month. Have a few yoga mats or the like available so people can use the tool laying down if necessary to work out tight back, legs, shoulder or stomach and chest muscles to name a few.

This tool can be used while sitting in an office chair, we all here in our office have a tool in the back of our chairs to lean into relieving much of the back and neck ache issues from long hours sitting in one place, or to place on desk or in lap to work hands and arms, or on the floor to massage the feet.

Even if a employee slept wrong and got up with a kink in the neck or elsewhere, this tool will help in a speedier recovery and perhaps avoid any missed days of work. Will in most cases shorten time off due to a injury or muscular problem by working on the muscle or joint until the pain goes away. Handy & Portable, you may want to allow them to take one home so they can work on themselves while resting at home on the couch or in bed.

For employees that have hand problems like a carpal tunnel syndrome you can have the tools adjustable uprights set in a certain formation for that specific ailment. Improves circulation and eventually should remove the painful stress limiting their movements and slowing down their accomplishments at work. Invite their input to resolve and elicit help to show others to increase team spirit.

We suggest the Recapitulator massage tool for Healthy, Happy and Productive Employees AND for your self and family as well.

Fears And Bad Memories Can Create Health Problems

Monday, February 16th, 2009

Fears and bad memories can create health problems and manifest as dis-ease of one sort or another. Recapitulation, re-examine of our old outdated thought patterns can save our own lives or the discomfort of escalating health issues that we have found no answers for.

By reawakening the basis of our fears, when we accepted that fear into ourselves and why we are still afraid is where you will find the answer. Pressing an area of the body where there is pain or a malady often begins the flow of internal dialog. Sustaining the pressure, getting deep down into the painful area can release to us information of what is going on inside us.

Recapitulate, rethink the things that come to mind, and out with the old thoughts as now we have gained insight into an agreement we made years ago when we planted the seed of what we then thought was our reality of what was. and now have the ability to change as we at this time see things differently. It’s only natural that we learn more as we go.

For instance, a woman afraid of getting pregnant can cause physical issues manifesting as an ovarian cyst or other. I was there, in pain, ready to go into the hospital for an operation to remove the cyst, when my husband suggested I press strongly in the area of the most pain. When i did so, memories and bad feelings of the fear i had for over 20 years prior began pouring out of me remembering all the anxiety i had over being afraid of getting pregnant, that a woman was inferior to men as it was said during my upbringing and thirdly the constant bombardment by the media about sex creating men always (in my mind)trying to take your body for simply a temporary physical satisfaction. My bad, it is no longer a problem for me.

I recapitulated (contemplated over again) all of this info and once i realized that i was too old to get pregnant, not inferior to others and could handle myself in regard to over zealous men haunting me, AND that those were OLD thoughts i was still living with and I could then LET GO of the anxiety associated with all of that and I knew things were different in my body immediately. The pain and blockage caused by this big lump in my belly, the ovarian cyst, began to subside and I knew something had changed. “…the memory became “open to modification” — just as a computer file can be changed and then rewritten to the hard disk.” I was no longer afraid.

To make a long story short, no operation was needed. The stress causing my illness had been resolved and my body automatically began its recovery. I have not had any troubles with this since and that was over 11 years ago. This is only one example of how what we think plays on our physical health and well being.

I also previously to the ovarian cyst issue got rid of my menstrual cramps in this way, by recapitulating, pressing where it hurt, both in the front of my abdomen and back all around the sex organs area, that at the time was causing uncomfortable swelling and pressure build up, in my case every other month. So much pain with lower back pain that i had to be in bed, in agony the first 2 days of my usual cycle. Wow, it felt good to get rid of that too!

Working on the chest area helped me overcome sadness, improved my breathing and made me stronger in every day life experiences. Working on the stomach area helped me with anxieties over past or future events, frustration and massaging my leg muscles regained by personal power to move forward without fear. All things that were holding me back from a happy life. Along with many more examples i could name.

Another big area of healing i found was by working on the many other parts of my body where once were injuries helped me resolve past pain from that old injury, a memory was left behind. I had physically mended but emotionally was still painful, afraid that movement there would bring back the pain i once felt back. Get over it, massage those stiff areas and release the life that once was and can be again, the freedom of movement without fear. No old memories stopping us from feeling complete and on the road to a healthy recovery from our ailments.

A good example of what i am speaking of here is a young friend of mine was jumping on a trampoline and broke his ankle. He healed physically but i noticed months after his recovery he was still walking on the side of his foot instead flat footed. So we brought this to his attention and asked why. He didn’t know other than when he was injured with the broken bones he would walk this way to avoid the excruiating pain if he walked correctly. So even after the injury had healed, the memory of the pain retarded his thoughts to be afraid of the pain that once was. He no longer had the pain from the injury but only the memory of it.

We told him to massage that whole foot area and he did. It did not take long before he was amazed and he did feel good about walking the way was intended and that all was well. What would have happened to this very young man if he had not gotten rid of his fear? As far as i could tell this could have caused him much anguish and perhaps throw his back out of wack and then forever in pain over a memory. Don’t let that happen to you.

Happy Healing! Recapitulate and find the key to unlocking the fears and bad memories. An alternative approach to natural health that can be incorporated into everyones daily life. A simple self-massage routine is the best thing anyone can do easily. Full of surprises and is rewarding for all who venture there.

For years now, every day i do body work, any place i press, most often i use the recapitulator massage tool, is what i do to prevent or repair injury. Press where it hurts, or work your body from head to toe. Sometimes we are not even aware of problem areas as we rarely take the time to examine what’s going on inside, why we hurt and what the cause may be. We can fix alot of our own problems by recapitulating whenever we get the chance.

Massage Therapy with the Recapitulator massager saves you Money

Saturday, February 14th, 2009

Massage Therapy with the Recapitulator self massager saves you Money. How can something that costs save you money? Well, think about it, this massage tool is always handy for bodywork anytime day or night. Tools are helpful to provide immediate care, fast attention to whatever ails you. Your buddy, your tool, never gets tired, doesn’t ask for money with every use and is always there when you need it. Strong and durable able to provide the right amount of pressure as you are in charge!

Don’t get me wrong there is nothing better than the human touch but that can get expensive with the amount of work our bodies need to overcome discomfort, aches and pains. Even nervousness or anxiety can change to inner peace within a very short time. Press where you find your dis-ease pressing and holding the pressure there, Relaxing the muscles carrying around all that stress. Stress is our enemy so to speak. Get rid of the stress and the problem goes away. If it pops back up or reoccurs, work that area again. Soon it will be gone forever.

Anyone can master their own bodies as we know ourselves better than anyone else. We know or can find out what the center of our troubles are by pressing that area which is in pain or stressed and many thoughts simultaniously come to mind and often we can rethink or recapitulate those old thought and memories of what once was and change to what we know to be today.

Many times we are hanging on to some agreement we made with ourselves years ago even as a child, still carrying around the pain and misery that we ONCE thought to be real. Get rid of those old thought patterns and open up to the new, clear vision of today. Thoughts are very powerful and we want to be in the here and now, not somewhere in the past holding on to that outrageous pain that once was.

People with back pain or any other chronic pain already know that massage therapy may be an indispensable tool. These persistent conditions require substantial and consistent pain relief. Massage therapy can be delivered by a masseuse or by a massage tool like the Recapitulator.

The reason behind this Recapitulator massage tool being the easiest to use is that you do not have to use one set of muscles to relax another. With this awesome design, you can simply sit on, lean on, lay on or hold on your lap and place where you want to work your muscles, joints even near and around all the bones in your body from head to toe.

This tool makes it easy to press any area of the body with its choice of attachments. Different length uprights and size knob ends give you the options you need to reach surface areas or deep within the body structure for pain relief.

Check out how having your own massage tool is a great long term health investment that is a small price to pay for satisfaction and pain relief with no boundaries. Changes the look of your form as well as correcting your posture, and allows your bodily functions to improve as you work all areas of your body. Relaxing is the key, this tool is the means to overcoming health problems by getting to the center, the cause of the stress rather than just treating the symptoms.

Alternative medicine that works, a natural healing process, no medicines, press where it hurts.

Tips for Stage Fright, Job Interviews etc. Relax!

Friday, February 13th, 2009

For stage fright relief, job interviews etc; Massage the center of your body, your stomach area and all around your belly button generally the center of chaos for me. That’s where the anxiety of the past or future creeps in.

We find when nervous about anything that area is tied up in knots. Stress is a good word to describe the reason for this uneasy feeling. So i simply press in the stomach region and work on the lumps and bumps and uncomfortable places either with my hands or a good massage tool.

We find the Recapitulator most helpful as it is the best massager we have found to easily press in deep enough and long enough to relax those tight muscles without getting tired or sore fingers.

We will often use our hands as they are always with you but a tool makes the job easier. Once the muscles start relaxing you will find relief. Get in touch with your breathing, it should be more like a circle of breathe as opposed to in and out.

That helps get back in touch with the real you. Stop the internal dialog and be in the here and now. All will be well.
